Just before we dive into the topic, let me ask you something.

Whenever you participate in a competition, for what exact reason do you participate? Now be Frank with me. I know most of you will say that you want to participate. But it's a mere lie. We participate in most of the stuff to get awarded, to get that glory. Right? Now please don't hesitate from accepting it. I too do it for the same purpose.

Now about those who really want to only participate and gain more knowledge, my question to you is, do you feel anxious when the results are being announced?

Don't you fall in love with that Shining Trophy after seeing it? Answer it to yourself. And be honest with yourself.

So we all love success. I too love it very much. That is our base intention. When we tend to not only participate in competitions but also while we might defend ourselves saying that it's just for participation purposes. But in reality, anyone's eyeball will be stuck at the shining trophy or the reward for securing a position.

So indirectly if I have to say we all often tend to run behind success and glory. No problem with it. Being a 15-year old I too do it. And it's very exciting to be in this race.

How did I get to know about this secret?

From an early age, I had a keen interest in the corporate sector, to be frank with you. The way the companies compete against each other for more customers, more subscribers, etc., etc. seemed very curious to me. And as I grew on, I now wondered how do some individual personalities and corporates achieve such great heights and success.

How come they managed to achieve this? This question always struck my mind. So that curiosity made me hunt for the answers. And finally, after some time I found the basic strategies these companies use to stay at the top. Now it will be a huge topic to discuss here so I just picked one strategy and combined it with what I had seen in my class.

It took me a while to compile them neatly and present them to you in a simple manner. But I hope that you will get what I want to convey.

Doesn't matter if you are in a low/high profile job or a self-employed or a person who runs a music/dance class or a gym and so on and on.
These strategies are also meant for the Top Players. You can mean it however you want.

They are all awesome. Some better than others. In the end, it's up to you which you choose to adopt.

Now let's understand these three strategies briefly:
1. The First One tells you to distract others from doing their work or in other words not allowing them to execute their work promptly and properly.

2. The second one is to try your best. No irritation or frustration due to others.

3. A single mind cannot do it. But a couple of minds can. So let's team-up.

Now, when I analyzed these three techniques, here is what I concluded:

1. These days others are as sharp as you. Perhaps sharper. So if you are going to disturb them, You can't either do your work without unnecessary obstacles.

2. It's a good one. No harming others. But is it enough for today's world where there are hundreds like you doing the same?

3. This is 'Undefeated' till now. Nobody can crack it. Your strength enhances a lot. You can't be thrown out of the race easily. You are equipped with kinds of stuff and knowledge that you couldn't have alone.

And one important note: Choose your team wisely. Your team's interests should match your interests.
