How To Convince Your Customer Phone Call?
When I talk about this, I remember all those salespeople who would call and advertise their products. You also must have experienced it. But most probably we hate it.
Whenever a salesman talks to me, I just hate it. Just by listening to them, we understand that these are salesmen and hardly we talk or simply cut the call.
I will also be telling here some other vital elements you should take care of while you talk which the so-called 'salespeople' forget. Also, let me add that your dressing code and your posture too doesn't matter since you are on a call right!
Also, these tricks are essential for getting an excellent Impression on you by the customer you are talking with.

So without any delay let me reveal those tricks:
Tricks are simple but we tend to forget it often:
1. Don't start the conversation in a buddy-manner. Meaning since you are talking to a new person avoid using the style of how you talk to your friends or relatives.
2. If you want to talk to the person, start with a greeting. Doing so, you will take the conversation to a formal level. And at that point, the front person will likely talk to you in a decent way irrespective of the mood in which he is.
3. Always take care that you have a good flow of words. Vital in any form of talking.
4. Your sentences must be related. There must be a connection between what you say and what he says. Don't pop out any unnecessary topic/issue.
5. Talk as if you have all the time in the world. No hurry must be seen in your talk. Otherwise, your talk will not have an impact on him.
6. Cut all other noises while you talk. Only your words must be heard. Not any other sounds. This will make your talk clear and effective.
7. Just another point. When you first talk treats the front person like your Boss. It really works. This will do away with all the frustration/anger you had before.
8. And just ask a sorry at the beginning for disturbing him and at the end for any other sort of mistake. (Just do it at first. If you follow this point, he will eventually like to talk to you.)
9. And just in case, if any of his views are against yours, don't object immediately, Go with the Flow. Let the first impression be a good one. Later you can object. No problem with it.
10. First, interact with him. Don't directly jump to the topic. This will make you a 'mean guy' in front of him. Like, ask about his health first. Say something like "Nice to talk to you"
Then, tell your purpose. You can ask a question to start. (Avoid saying your introduction that you are a salesman. This will completely ruin your conversation.)
But do not ask questions rapidly. IT will ruin your talk. Be comfortable.
If you follow these tricks while you talk on the phone, I will surely say that you will win the person you are talking to. And remember,
These same tricks apply even when you talk to your boss. Just make some alterations to what you speak. And also to any phone call you make.
